Hi Friends, My name is Pete. I would like to take a minute to pick your brain. I am from the Houston area. I have recently completed a Rehab in Downtown Brenham. My RE Agent is also from the Houston area and a member of the MLS. I know agents in Brenham use TXLS. I would like to assist my agent in the sale of my newly ReHabbed Home!! So, I am here patiently awaiting some creative ideas from you All. I would like to make the local Brenham Agents aware of my home. I would like them to know it's on the market waiting to be add it to their showing list for a quick sale and commotion😉 Thanks in advance !!! Pete

@Crystal Smith  Hey Guys,  I am also considering a partnership with a GC on some of my projects. I am having difficulty figuring out how to structure such agreement, actually the entire venture. Trying to figure out a way it could be beneficial for both sides and at the same time insuring I still have the ability to separate and move-on in the event of an issue.

Crystal,  I enjoyed your post and I would also like to see a copy of your agreement.  I totally understand the privacy of the agreement so if you need to remove or black out any portion I understand.

@Jay Helms  - Jay if you have received a copy from Crystal with all the Black outs,  could you please forward it to me.

@Jay Helms

Hey All, I am In need of a good trustworthy General Contractor in Brenham, TX or a GC willing to travel to Brenham to tackle my new Rehab project. I am working hard to grow my investing business but due to still having my 9 to 5 I am not able to put in the necessary time to manage my projects and subs as I should and This is causing my profits to go down and the time to complete the project to go up. So if anyone here has a contact for a good GC, I would very much appreciate if you could share their info. Thanks in advance. Pete
