Good afternoon 

I hope everyone is doing well, I am really new to investing and property managing. As of right now, I'm just trying to learn about everything I can before buying my first property.  I'm just asking for a little guidance on how to get started and if there are conventions and meet ups around the chicago area for beginners or any books and classes that would be helpful to learn before getting started
