@Alex Bekeza thanks for the response Alex, although I’m not self employed I will definitely be exploring this option. Are you able to recommend anyone you’ve worked with in the past?

Dear All,

I'm considering doing my first BRRR but I have a question regarding the BRRR strategy while having a high DTI and I'm curious to know how others have handled this predicament.

According to the bank I'm working with (Chase) I currently have a high DTI. This is no surprise and I understand the reason for it, which is due to 4 rentals, a primary residence a car loan and one personal loan.

I have very good credit and access to private money but I'm a bit unsure how the bank will treat the refinance with the high DTI.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thank You!

Dear all, I’m looking for lenders who are willing to lend less than 50k for a purchase of a condo. I know it’s often difficult to find lenders willing to fund below this amount but I figured I’ll try. I actively own and manage four properties as of today. (2 condos and 2 single families) Any tips/ advice or recommendations are welcomed. Thank You! Marcony

Hi Michael,

If you are commuting to Stamford, Bridgeport is a good option. I lived there for over 10 years. Yes there are some rough areas but there are also very decent areas. If you are looking for a decent MFH in Bridgeport I suggest you look in two areas Black Rock and North End. In my opinion these are the two better areas to live in Bridgeport. Also, don't rule out Fairfield, which is the town right next door and where I currently live. There are far less MFH in Fairfield but they are there, you just have to find the right realtor.  I'd be happy to discuss and give you my input on specific streets or locations. Good Luck!
