@Joseph M. I do plan on house hacking a 4 unit with an FHA loan, just looking for properties and still learning how to run the numbers. As for the license it would be my part time job.

Hello, I’m Marco Jimenez from Phoenix Arizona. I am currently 18 years old and in my first year in college. I was wondering where I go to be able to get my license so I can start working and getting experience before I buy my first multi-family home. Any advice and tips are greatly appreciated thank you.

that is great, love that you went into detail so i could learn from this and see pictures to see the massive improvement youve done with this house. Im sure your be able to meet your goal.

Hi everyone, Im Marco, 18 year old looking into real Estate. I was wondering how people went around getting mentors, like do you ask someone hi could you mentor me, or is it over time finding someone and working with them, which brings me to my next point, what would be a good first job to get knowledge in Real Estate. Keep in mind i will begin my first year in college to get into med school, but want to buy a four plex before next year.

Any tips or advice would be wonderful.

I'm learning that the sooner you start the sooner you can live haha, i was thinking about a four plex but dont know what an fha mortgage is, could you point me to some where i can learn more about it, and that is perfect with 3.5% of 200 being 7k so another month to 2k more and i would be able to house hack it

So after 2 months I'm back after getting my emt certification, i unfortunately  have not had any credit cards or been added to any but will be turning 18 in 20 days, i have 5000 saved and am going to start looking into a muti-family home in the phoenix-metro area to house hack with maybe some room mates. I've kept up with the podcast but thats about it and am now starting to read books, other than rich dad poor dad, is there a list anyone can provide for me to start educating myself with.

thank you Nathan G. i would most likely be buying my first deal in two and a half years, when i am working as a firefighter. i don't now if this is where to ask but what would be a good first credit card as i din not have one at the moment and know ill probably be needing one soon.

So I am currently 17, getting my emt and starting up a party rental business for the weekend. i only have 3k saved up but was wondering how much i should i have to buy my first rental property. I am thinking of getting a tri-plex maybe a 4 and live in one while renting out the others. Any thoughts??

Hi, I’m Marco Espinosa, 17 who is very interested in real estate. I’m getting my EMT certification and once I turn 18 I will be getting my real estate license. My ultimate goal is to retire when I am 30 from firefighting, but continue to buy a bit of properties to fund my travels and farm. If you know where I should start please do say. I know about the brrr strategy but need help with understanding the refinancing part of it I am pretty good with my hands as my dad is a carpenter and I often help him out. Any help or first steps would be appreciated thank you.
