@Aesjah Eubanks

I learned from YouTube, I have not yet done a deal but I think the best place before you buy a course is YouTube. Try the FlipMan he has a lot educational FREE videos about topics in wholesaling. Strongly can say he is one of the best educators about topics relating to wholesaling.

Im new to wholesaling, I got a few houses locally lined up with phone numbers I will be contacting *** soon as I get some contracts. But I wanted help if anyone could point me to a article or tell me how to go about virtual wholesaling and how it differs.

I have a few houses and phone numbers lined up to call. Before I do I need contracts! I can't find any and I surely don't want to meet an attorney and pay for the visit and contracts. Can someone please guide me where I can find contracts?

How home it’s hard for New Jersey?

Am I right or wrong? I don’t know everything YET but to my knowledge that’s what I know so far.

But that’s the thing I heard you don’t need an attorney you just have to make sure your contract is in legal terms with the state your in. You can deal with the title company personally instead of having to pay extra for an attorney.

I’m new to wholesaling before I dive into it I want to make sure I have everything planned out. Can someone please give me the best title company in NY or how do I find one? And let’s say the homeowner lives in Chicago but he has a house in NY he wants to sell, how can that effect the closing process. THANK YOU! STAY HUSTLING💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Watch Max Maxwell on YouTube. He does these SUPER informative videos about wholesaling. PS you don’t need a real estate license to wholesale!! 💪🏻
