Brice Worthington Worthington & Associates is a full service real estate appraisal firm which celebrates its 100 year anniversary this year. We specialize in the appraisals of both commercial and residential real estate. I started as a full time trainee in 2003 and have been a MD Licensed Appraiser for over 15 years handling the residential side of the company. I have also been a MD Licensed Salesperson for the past 5 years and am affiliated with Long and Foster on Main Street In Annapolis. I am part of the Meet This House Team with Justin Disburough with a unique relationship. Justin was paralyzed from the chest down in a motorcycle accident in 2019. We have a great evening planned with a fantastic panel discussion between Chris Haynes and Zack Browning who are both Anne Arundel County based and have a diverse background when it comes to real estate investing.

You are not going to want to miss this conversation because these two gentleman have seen it all and their experience will undoubtedly save you from making costly mistakes in your investing journey.

Chris Haynes, owner of 1st Choice Inspection Services, is a licensed home inspector with a contractor background and has been involved in over 20 flips. He has been on all sides of the deals as a licensed agent, contractor, and inspector. His background in most all aspects of real estate has provided him with the experience that he uses everyday in his business. He holds licenses dealing with septic, water, mold, radon, and more!

Zack Browning is a full time contractor and the owner Delmarva Property Services of which covers a wide spectrum of property services from inspections, to property management, to more complex construction projects.See you all this Thursday!

The first meet up of the Annapolis Area Real Estate Investors went so well we are doing it again on April 27th @ 6:00pm ET at Smashing Grapes in Annapolis.

Our panel will feature Richard Montoni and Failaev Alex who have both have impressive stories and real estate investing resumes. You can learn more below...

Richard Montoni is a professional real estate investor focusing on the Baltimore-metro market and is a managing partner at Montoni Properties LLC. He started investing in real estate in 2013 after purchasing his first single family residence. In 2019, Rich formed Montoni Properties LLC after deciding to pursue his passion for real estate investing, focusing on providing quality housing to individual, families, and corporations while cultivating strong, positive relationships within the community. Currently, Rich owns and manages 18 units in Baltimore and has completed over 20 full renovations since 2019. He has refined several different strategies including buy and hold, renovate to rent, and renovate to sell.

Failaev Alex is a pharmacist by night and REI by Day. Together with his wife, they began their official real estate investing in March 2020. During the last 3 year they have grown exponentially to 50 units (and counting) utilizing solid partnerships, creative finance, and aggressive deal analysis. Alex is also running a successful REI group on the Eastern shore of Maryland.
