@Tim G. , I agree, MHPs are fantastic investments. I have offers out on a few right now. My favorite investments by far are hotels and motels, though. Have you considered them? If not, I would recommend researching the benefits, as they are numerous.

Mara Altman here from Southern California! I've been a full-time investor for three years now, working with everything from single family fix-and-flips to large scale buy and holds. My current investments of choice are hotel/motels and mobile home parks.

While not a newbie, I still refer to BP whenever I have a question I need answered. I usually read the threads that have already been posted, and it's clear to me that this is a community full of knowledgeable individuals.

I just signed up because, well, I decided it was time to stop lurking and finally become an active member of the BP community.

I hope I can be of as much assistance to members here as others have been to me.
