Hello Everyone, I currently have a signed LOI for a multi-family apartment in the Sinton/Corpus Christi, TX area and was hoping to see if anyone has a property management company that you would recommend?

Tom Keating Michael Le thanks again Tom! Both of your responses were very helpful. Tom would you be able to send me some areas that i may encounter Pre-review? My markets of focus are Oklahoma, Texas, Florida, Colorado, Georgia, Tennessee, north and South Carolina. Thanks for your help!
Michael Le thank you for the response. You gave such a better explanation then I had heard previously. Good to know cause Houston is an area of interest for me and now I know to do a little more due diligence for loans in this area. Do you know of some areas off the top of your head that may fall under these pre-review guidelines?

Hello to commercial lenders. I am a syndicator and multi-family investor that targets about 8 different markets across the U.S. Somebody in one of my investment meet-ups had brought up a term called "pre-review" which was described to me as areas within the states that lenders will generally lend less depending on where those areas are located. Does this only pertain to secondary markets or could this also happen in say a large metropolitan area? Also if Pre-review can be described in it's definition that would be great. Thanks for the help everyone.

Hello Everyone,

I'm currently under contract for a Multi-family property in the Bridgeport, CT area. I'm currently looking for a Property management company that somebody could recommend that I should contact. The property is a smaller deal under 40 units. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Also if anyone needs more information on the deal in order to answer the question better, please let me know. Thank you!

Hello everyone, I currently am looking to get some quotes on hazard/liability insurance from agents that will insure on fix and flips. Is there anyone that can recommend an agency to contact? I'm looking in the Florida area. Thanks!

Hello John Mocker , do you offer liability/hazard insurance for fix and flips? I noticed you stated that you insure in all 50 states and I'm looking for someone to help me with my Florida properties. I look forward to hearing back from you.

Hello Wallace Hardy . I'm trying to understand your question and I would love to give you any insight I can. Denver is a very hot market and one of the best markets for buy and hold strategies. If your looking for buy and holds, then getting a real estate broker to help you find a place with good schools, low crime, and appreciating neighborhoods is what you may want. If your looking for fix and flips, a realtor would be able to help locate on MLS for you and you should also look to become part of wholesalers buyers lists. Visit the local REIA's and or meetup groups to find these people. Please send me a colleague request and I will be happy to help or clarify if I misunderstood your question.
