After giving it some serious thought, it does seem pretty dishonest to mislead the seller into believing YOU are going to close on the property and then worst case scenario ending up voiding it all together through a "weasel clause" and wasting everyones time.

If you simply tell them you work with a group of investors in the area that should easily sum up what you are about.

If you tell them you are buying the house then that is dishonest.

Much props to you @Frank McGovern!

I saw where you mentioned on Facebook that you closed $93K in revenue from assigning wholesale deals last month! Wow!!!!

The Realtor I'm assisting use to use TopProducer. He recently switched to iHOUSE not for CRM purposes but he said the IDX platform was more in depth and worthwhile over TP.

I started using Podio for the CRM part of his business but now I'm starting to look at iHouse and check out what their CRM portion of the system is like.

Thank you for asking this which led me to check out iHouse as a CRM system.

Have a GREAT evening!

The Real Estate agent I'm assisting uses iHouseWeb for his website.

Anyone have any feedback on them?

Any other recommendations?

sounds like the big feature for them is the IDX platform.

One thing that caught my attention that we are following up on is how slow the website opens up when you first go to it.

Thank you in advance,

Manny

I own the book "Tips and Traps for Negotiating Real Estate". I haven't read the whole book but it offers a lot of tidbits when it comes to negotiating.

It's where I believe I first heard and learned the term "caveat emptor" and what that means. Not 100% sure if that is the first time but it is what I give credit to.

The author Robert Irwin strongly believes that "you can negotiate anything".

Good question!

I'm working with a Realtor to get my wholesaling business off the ground.

I'm still super "green" in the business but my guess without actually closing a deal is just cutting a check to him from your account after you close your deal and paid for your efforts.

When I discussed this with my realtor to make sure there was nothing unethical or illegal involved it was basically just paying him however I choose to.

Focus for me right now...is help him get new clients and learn the Real Estate industry as I grow my business.

Good luck,

Manny
