@DAn L. I think something like that depends on your location, if your in Seattle that could be perfect, but if your in Indianapolis or Saint Louis, probably not so much. It seems hugely populated cities with less housing tend to have tenants who will be willing to live in a situation like that. Just try and do some research, see what's for rent in your area and or talk to a realtor to see if it's feasible for your area.

@Maria Marrero depends on your end goal, I personally say keep it and never sell it unless it's under performing or you find a better deal. But there is no wrong answer

@Javen Bowman yes you can but depending on your end goal and your risk tolerance it's not always the best situation. I recommend putting some skin in the deal. But there is no right answer, it's just a matter of what you want to put up with 👍.

I want to buy my second property but my career has slowed down because I'm still trying to get the first property to perform. It's a four family in the saint Louis area. It needs work, long story short I had to evict everyone for non payment (pre covid) and ran out of money for renovations. So I'm slowly renovating little by little. It's coming along but I want to speed things up. I got a line of credit but it's not enough, I need more money but I don't want a loan, I'd rather have the line of credit. I have a great credit score but I don't know where I can get a line for credit for 20k. Any ideas?
