@Jonathan Pantages I attend the Fresno Deal Seekers Meet Up. You can search for it on Meetup.com. @Jay Orlauski runs the meetings. It's been a great resource for networking with other investors and professionals in the area. You should check it out if you haven't already!

Hello! I'm a very new investor here in Fresno, but there are plenty of seasoned Central Valley investors on the board. Jay Orlauski is a great person to connect with. Best of luck to you!

Jonathan Pantages I'm going through London Properties home study course. What is your plan once you're done? Do you know what broker or brokerage firm you'll hang your license under? My goal in getting my license was not to be a salesperson per se', but just to gain real estate knowledge and to access to the MLS and to view potential investment properties. So once I pass my test in not sure exactly where I'm going to hang my license. London said they'd only take me if I want to be a full time agent. I know an independent broker I may hang my license with instead, but then again, I won't have the resources London can provide. So I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet, exactly.

Jonathan Pantages I'm currently working on getting my license as well. What program are you going through?

Mindy Jensen , I don't have a website yet, but I've set up a google voice number and I created a professional sounding gmail email address. I hope to get a website soon, but I'm still trying to figure out al the legal logistics with business names and entities.

Great! Do you have any recommendations on a good business card company?

I'm brand new to the world of real estate investing. I'm still just in the "educating myself" stage. I will be networking and attending REI's soon and although I realize business cards are not required, a lot of the groups advertise "bring your business card". Since I'm not a licensed agent and I currently have no investments, what do I put on a business card? I'm and motivated and becoming a serious investor, so I want to be as professional as possible. Thanks!
