Hello, my name is David and I live in beautiful Brisbane, Australia. I am a professional property investor and licensed real estate agent with a passion for property deals. Over the last 33 years or so I have been involved in property and investing in many ways including owning my own building company, operating my own mortgage origination company, property development, renovations, flipping, rent to buys and any other ways I could learn that would make me some profit based on sound financial fundamentals.

A contrarian style investor by nature, that is I do not follow the pack, I am now looking to expand my knowledge base to learning about property in the USA. Having read many books and forum posts I am now in a position to actually get real life info from real property deal makers so I can then use that learning to enhance my portfolio of properties.

I hope to visit the USA in July this year to further my learning and maybe do some deals.
