Hi Rachel,

I am not saying building your own teams in each market isnt doable, but you were right, it may cost you a bit more. If you are wanting to invest in multiple markets I feel that a turnkey provider can be a great start since they are already established in the markets that they offer. Depending on your goals, there are defiantly markets where you can get more ROI. Best of luck to you! I would love to connect.

Omar,

That is an awesome goal to have in mind! Like others have said, start with one and I am sure your goals will change. You could consider expanding your portfolio into different markets. You will find while doing research each market performs a little differently (cash flow and appreciation), which could be a great way to diversify your portfolio. I am confident you will be successful at reaching your goal! I would love to connect with you.

Good Luck!!

Hi Cameron!

My advice is to look for an established credited real estate investment company. There are alot of companies out there and they are not all the same. Make sure to do your due diligence researching. The good thing about doing passive real estate with a good company is that you can purchase anywhere without having to worry the small stuff or anything really! Some really good markets to look into is TX, Little Rock, Memphis, Birmingham, OKC, and St. Louis. I would love to connect with you! Good luck!!
