I’ ve mailed a purchase and sales contract to a seller and have received it backed signed today but I am just confused on how the closing process is going to work how will the seller get all the documents handed over if they won’t be physically there on the closing date? Any help would be appreciated

How to you get a seller to sign a purchase and sale agreement when they live in a different state than you?

Do you prefer It In cash or a cashiers check or do you prefer a different type of payment method

Is it possible to close a deal with just a purchase and sales agreement for example the seller signs one the buyer Signs another I split the difference?

Just curious to what people invest their money in after they close a deal not looking for personal or rent/bills answers haha

@Hai Loc would it still have to be commercial contract even its a lot for a residential single family home?

Do I use a purchase and sales agreement just as I would for w home or do I need to use a different contract since its for a vacant lot?

When it’s time to close a deal do you use a title company, closing attorney? or do you use who your buyer closes with?

Any one have experience wholesaling duplex’s or triplexs is there any procedures you do different than you would a multi / single family home? Do you stay away from those types of property or is a deal a deal
