Hello!

So, I’m new here and getting started with wholesaling in the Greater Detroit Michigan area. I’m not opposed to some bird-dogging as well!

While I haven’t gotten anything under contract yet, I’ve managed to land a handful of leads on currently occupied rentals in Detroit proper, Iowa, Indiana and Pennsylvania.

I’d appreciate any advice on how best to go about getting cozy with landlords and requesting their buying criteria.

My success rate at getting responses is surprisingly low. Maybe it’s my chicken and egg problem?

@Michelle Castaneda hello! I’m relatively new myself and based in Metro Detroit, MI.

I’m interested in wholesale deals, primarily in Michigan, but I do have a lead in Iowa. Occupied rental. Let me know if you want deets!
