Hi @Mukesh Yadav.  As luck would have it I do business out-of-state in Indianapolis.  I wholesale so it cuts the added fee of Turn-Key, the drawback is they are all cash deals.  I also can recommend good TK providers there if you have interest.  Feel free to message me for more details.

Hi @Sathaporn Puttharaksa and @Tyler Wade, there are definitely great wholesalers in Indy.  I too wholesale in Indy, and my unique position is that I live in CA and understand the challenges with buying out-of-state as I'm also an investor.  I visit Indy about quarterly and am very familiar with all the areas, and have a fantastic team on the ground.  We also have screaming deals right now.  Let me know if either of you have any questions.
