Thanks a great idea. I shall keep that in mind. But do you guys send a prescreening form? over emal or do it over the phone and if so what kind of questions do you ask?

I just came across this tread. I have listed my property for rent and have soo many inquires about it. I was thinking that prescreening them before showing the property might be a good idea . Can you share the list you used. I have all the questions like , name , number of people and income type questions. was hoping to see if they are some others that I should add.

Hey Bill were you able to evict your tenant . I have a tenant who is violating the lease and I'm afraid she would damage the property. I have been told that even filing an eviction is illegal and i'm wondering if that is true.
