Correction: I missed mentioning that I was targeting the cities and areas with the highest population growth rate, not the whole country. Thank you for pointing it out @Nathan Gesner.

Hello!

I have always been interested in real estate and never knew where to start. I recently decided to take action and take a new step every day; otherwise, it would never get done. I began reading books published by BiggerPockets, which made me enthusiastic to be involved in the forums. I am glad to be part of the family here.

So the first thing I have done before investing in real estate and buying my first property is I have googled the population growth rate in Canada. What other indicators/advice would you recommend for me and for new starters to carry on while conducting market research before investing?
