@Jay Hinrichs Yes! But now i said downtown Detroit compared to Downtown Gothenburg.

Detroit Downtown is safer. I walked in both places. I know offcourse what can happened in some Detroit suburb areas. I know you cant invest there. Scandinavia is not what you think anymore.

@Matt P. Why Sweden falling apart in my opinion is uncontrolled immigration.

Sweden has most rapes in Europe, shootings every day, and i believe things will be even worse.

Google Sweden immigration problems and you see.

Sorry for this side track of Morris Invest thread.

@Anish Tolia

It was scary, absolutely. But its always scary when you are on unknown water right. But now its very exciting and inspiring to. So i been in Detroit several times last year and you see whats going on there, you feel excited instead of scared.

I love Real Estate in the US, like most of you people here do to.

Its more scary to put my savings in Swedish retirement funds. Swedens system is breaking apart, a lot of old people that worked whole life in Sweden, need to go out and beg for money. I saw this years ago thats why i have everything in Real Estate in the US.

I feel pretty safe with most of my houses in Detroit, i feel safer in downtown Detroit then in Gothenburg Sweden. At least Detroit have a strong police force.

I also have in Kansas and Las Vegas, so its not only Detroit.

@David Goddard

Thanks David!

I did not get any loan in the US, just because I am not a US resident.

I don't think I can as a non resident alien.

I bought for profits from my tyre shop in Sweden since 2006.

I was luckily started in Las Vegas 2015, after that the prices exploded, this year I did 1031 exchanges

with 4 of my condos in Vegas, and start to buy in Detroit in early 2017. And that's why I have experience of

Strategy Propertys.

@Jamil Rivera

Hi Jamil! My name is Magnus from Sweden.

I have 12 turnkey houses in Detroit bought from Strategy Propertys in Detroit. I have made between 10-14% ROI on these propertys 2018.

I been there for 2 years.

I had some evictions but no nightmare so far.

They took very good care of it.

Contact Al to buy and ask for Autumn as PM and i think you are in good hands.

I have all my life savings in Real Estate in USA.

I have a tyre business in Sweden.

I have to manage it with employes 8 to 17.

I can live with one problem or two with out of country investing. Compared to change winter tyres on 1400 cars each season.

@Imthiaz Ahmed Hello Imthiaz! My name is Magnus from Sweden. I have bought 13 turnkey houses in Detroit from Strategy Propertys, so far so good. In som cases i get higher rent then they thought i get. All my houses has tenants except one that was recently closed. I like the team and the company has grown fast as Detroit market do aswell. They have emplyed more PM lately and the one i have replys fast and i feel safe with her. Can not say i am an expert in real estate. But i have a good feeling which people i like to have around me. I have decided to believe that they do the best they can for me. And i feel they doing that. I am a tyre dealer in Sweden and spending all proffits there to US real estate. If i compare Detroit with my other markets that is Las Vegas and KC. Detroit has cashflowed best so far, and in some areas like Warren. My houses there has rised a lot in value just in 1 year. And i tips in Detroit, dont send a inspector to check your house when its snow. He can miss things like the drive way and the roof.
