Is there an app that can tell me the address of a house while driving for dollars?

Thanks for your suggestions. I have tried REI hub, and was impressed that it was user friendly and my questions we're always answered quickly thoroughly. However, my husband needed more professional looking reports for his construction business. In the end, we decided that I would get some training on Quickbooks Premier desktop, which includes most of the charts of accounts necessary for both the rental property business and the building/remodeling businesses. I am getting much more comfortable with this program, and like everything else, it is user friendly once I got some instruction on using it. Overall, it seems to be the best fit for us. Always open to consider other solutions, though. Thanks for the input!

Does the insurance rate go up if you use it, like for example, some auto insurances.

Thanks, Matthew. I guess my biggest issue is not being sure what is needed in the chart of accounts. Any chance you could share how you have it set up. We are owners and use a property manager.
