Post: Turnkey at full value

Hello all,

I have a question about purchasing multifamily turnkey properties. Is there a formula for this or would you want to purchase at full value and look to gain your investment back in cash flow? I know we always look for a lower price but I am wondering if there is a standard formula for investors when looking for multifamily turnkeys e.g duplex, triplex?

Hey yall I have a quick question for someone just starting out in wholesaling.

In Colorado I have noticed many websites which posts information on properties which is basically the MLS for people living in Colorado. The closest one I came across is Redfin and until I can get access to the actual MLS, I am wondering if this website is accurate enough to use for comparable sales within an area? I noticed it gives alot of the information you would need but I am curious to know if anyone else just uses redfin or another source for finding comparable sales?

@Mark Ferguson @Paul Timmins Thank you for the info!

@Bryan L. I think I would like to focus on wholesaling properties for now and then see where that takes me. But I am open to learn as much as I can about fix and flips, rehabs, lease options etc.

Hey All just wanted to make my first post to bigger pockets and introduce myself. My name is Mike and I currently reside in Denver. I found bigger pockets through listening to the podcasts and thought I would make a profile to network more directly to people. I look forward to a rewarding exchange of knowledge from everyone in this forum and gain more experience in REI. Happy postings!
