Hello Brandon,

Thanks for all the information. So, If I understand you correctly..Flipping houses is a short term game and BRRRR is not sustainable. Then what is the right path and form on investment in real estate?

Cheers

Hello All,

I made a decision to enter real estate investing world. I have been reading blogs, listening to podcasts and have read few books on real estate investing. I want to start out with flipping houses and then with experience jump to BRRRR. I have saved $50K to start and looking for deals that fit the calculation.

But, I'm faced with one hurdle - finding the right contractor. I have contacted many contractors and most move away from a flip or just wont reply back.

Did anyone else face the same problem? How did you overcome his hurdle? Do you have any recommendation of a good contractor in South Jersey area?

Looking for some advise and recommendation.

Thanks

Madhuri

Hello All, I'm new to RE world as an investor. I want to start buying properties as a rental income and short listed Philadelphia and NJ for investment. NJ taxes are so high that my comps don't work in favor of buying in NJ.

I'm very keen in Philadelphia region and wanted advise on which area is good for buying as a rental income? I want to deal with professionals, students and youngsters. Area which is growing and have demand for rental properties.

Thanks
