Hi BP folks!

I'm a new investor looking to get my Real Estate License in Oregon. Does anyone have recommendations for the best online program or college to get my license from? Looking for more information as I am trying to choose the best program to get my license from. 

Anyone have experience with OnlineEd?

Any REI/ RE Agents have any experiences finding a principal broker sponsor to work under?

Oregon Broker license vs. Oregon Property Management license?

Any experiences or tips that anyone can share with me are greatly appreciated! I know that people debate over whether to get a license or not, but in my case I am looking to be active in REI and generate more income for my deals/learn more about the industry so I think it makes sense for me.

Hi Brian!

Welcome to BP! Corina helped me realize that I needed to adjust the picture to upload it. You can use PAINT to resize the photo so it will upload. In my case, because the photo was taken by a nice DSLR it was high quality (i.e. too big!) so resizing it to a much smaller size enabled the upload. It took a little playing around with the size, but eventually I got it to upload. Best of luck!

Hi Bigger Pockets Community!

I'm so excited to launch my real estate investment career. I'm definitely still in the learning/educational phase of my journey, but since I learn best through experience I will be generating leads in the Eugene-Portland area this summer. My goal is to acquire at least one multi-family property to begin my portfolio by the end of 2019. I've already learned so much from watching Brandon Turner's webinars and video series and I'm excited to learn even more!

On a different note, I've tried uploading my profile photo multiple times (using different WiFi and trying different computers and internet browsers), but still no luck. Has anyone experienced this issue and has a solution for it? I want to make my profile as complete as possible so any help would be greatly appreciated. I tried reaching out to Mindy for help since I saw her help another user, but no response yet.
