Awesome! Thank you. I'm definitely nervous because I will have two places up for rent on May 1st. Worried that people aren't moving right now. But I'm gonna get creative about how I can make my properties stand out. I definitely want solid tenants and would rather keep them vacant for a bit longer than risk it.
