Hi Seth! Nice to meet you, I was reading this thread and I’ll just ask right away just in case you have experience or know how.
So...
We do refurbishment of small apartments downtown Santiago, Chile in historical buildings, and we are planning on doing the new portfolio as sustainable as we can. We buy, refurbish and sell, giving to the community back open spaces that we’re obsolete.
So, my questions ......
- % of returns offered/expected by investors (fee) commonly in esg real estate funds?
- how much (% aprox) can the construction cost increase when applying sustainable strategies ?
- what would be the best and feasible way to refurbish sustainably small apartments in old buildings?
- commonly used fees % from the fund management part
