@Nathan Gesner  thanks for the info on doing proper due diligence on PM's before hiring. When I decide to fire my current PM and hire someone else, what is the process if renters are still under a lease agreement? Will I need to prepare for landlord tennent court ?

I have got insurance quotes on several single family rentals and the insurance company is putting 3 times the market value for insurance rates on the cost to rebuild/ replacement value, how do I shop for reasonable insurance, the properties are located in Western PA

I How would I find out if my SFR title is in a trust or in my Grandmother's name? ASAP. The county recorder's office is closed due to the holiday on Monday and need to notify my estate planning attorney. Any 3rd party websites that offer the same information? The property is located in the SF Bay Area

The good news is that the seller tells me that  2 of the properties are rent ready. Still needs to be rented out. I do not know when it is going to be rented out.  Thanks to one and all
