@Dale Slater I totally agree with you why pay someone right if he is a good Realestate investor/ mentor he will not charge anything . I wouldn’t and I am a newbie here . :)

@Brandi Graham well I am new to this but I have a mentor/ partner and didn’t pay a cent. If he’s a good person he won’t charge to mentor you I wouldn’t if I knew the business and I would want to mentor and help others without changing them of course.

@Kathy Brasby I am a newbie and sorry you are going though this does sound like misfortune to have to experience this and I am learning on BiggerPockets everyday and would try to avoid this. I have a question don’t you do a credit check on new tenants before doing business with them and also isn’t this a property managements responsible to of avoided this not so positive situation? I can’t imagine not having a property management on my side. Maybe you didn’t have one. Sorry you are going though this. Yes I would definitely help and get them out or girlfriend out with their stuff like BP recommended GoodLuck.

Okay thank you to everyone for your input I’m just starting out and financially  do not have the funds so I will stick to partnerships and wholesaling right now.

I’ve seen it a little but not sure I know what it is . Is it basically flip and hold house?

@Joe Prillaman wow that is awesome I am a newbie and this is why I’m on here reading learning everyday. I just found a buyer in the last 2 weeks and we are gonna give a offer on multi units. I keep finding good deals multi units just anxious to do some deals. You are doing very good that’s excellent!

@McKinley Crowley Thank you and I appreciate everything you have to offer my way.

@ Lydia T.   I have a way of just jumping in without asking certain things so i just submitted it on my own besides I wanted to see outcome on my own. Yes , I have heard of this and have it in my many notes and I will apply that. Yes, I understand that they don't want to leave their home I do grasp that. I can and will help them. I can build rapport and I have compassion for people so yes I can.
