I am in process of buying a car and since I only need car 2 days a week, I want to rent it out. I live in Beverly Hills, so great area for tourists, what car would you recommend? I was looking into convertibles, mainly Camaro or Audi. I would love to keep it under $30k, preferably around 20. Thank you

Hi @Tiffanie Vendryes I actually saw lots of houses on Boynton Beach for even under 150k on Zillow...not sure why everyone says there are no houses for that price

Hi,

I am interested in buying a property in Florida that I could rent out on Airbnb. Since condos seem to be a problem, I was thinking of buying a house under 200k. I was looking at Boynton Beach, Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale etc.

Which area relatively close to Miami would you suggest? Are there any legal problems for short term leasing (Airbnb)?

I currently live in LA so I won't be physically present, but I rented already before on Airbnb for a year being far away from the place so that's not an issue.
