@Luke Hoffman has anyone used Home Depot’s service for this?

We have a property that unbeknownst to us had fake tile on the shower wall. The tile is now falling off and we have temporarily re-adhered the tile that has fallen off. We would like to put a tub/shower combo in where the tile is along the wall right now. Has anyone used bath fitter or any other reputable company for this? If so how much should I expect this to cost.

@Jon Kelly @Jody Sperling Good news! We decided to change it over to vanity and between my dad and I, we replaced it on our own!

I have a stand-alone pedestal sink in the bathroom that is not connected to the wall nor the pedestal. Behind the wall there appears to be places where it once was attached. Would I be better off hiring that out or fixing myself?

I have some experience such as installing new faucets, patching drywall etc but I am not the most handy. Would it be better to just hire someone to come take care of it?

How much do you require your tenant to provide as liability coverage in insurance?

We are about to give our first rental application out. On the application from bigger pockets landlord forms it asks for their social security number. It feels very weird asking for that. Can someone help me get over the hurdle of not wanting to ask for it? Or give me a reason why I don’t need to ask for it?

The sink stopper handle for the pop up came off of the sink. Is there a quicker way to fix it then taking the sink handles off?
