Do you have samples to see the format, etc?

I've done some mailer formats for property managers and real estate agents, possible spots on the piece can be re-positioned/re-formatted or can include image vs. text etc.

I can share my experience.

I'm looking for some ideas for the general marketing of wholesale business ("i buy houses flyers and signs, letters to code violators/motivated sellers, etc.).

I've created some pieces for property managers and agents, but nothing specific to wholesale.

I've checked google and stuff.  I feel more comfortable seeing members' stuff.

I'm in Chicago starting my business in wholesale and investment properties (opm).

Who will partner up with me in person or virtually.
I'd like to have a go-to partner since this is my 1st time, all fair split.

I work for a local printing and marketing company and have a strong marketing, that is my strong point.

I have a real estate lawyer, a realtor, a broker and an va assistant. I have no experience in real estate.
