Facebook groups could work, however there are so many posts, spams, and scams in those groups that your deal might get lost or ignored if you try to market it in those groups. What might be a better idea is to become actively involved in a local real estate association in your area to begin meeting and networking with investors in your market. This would allow you to build a repertoire with them that would make them more trusting of you and more open to look at your deals. You can begin building a buyers list once you meet more investors. Having a pre-made relationship with an investor will make them more willing to trust the deals you bring them. That trust is crucial since their money is on the line if the deal proves to be less than ideal.

Thank you I was thinking the same thing!
great minds think alike. now I just have to find those networks

Try to look into this group. There is a National Real Estate Association in the USA with most major markets having a regional branch of this association. I am not familiar with how active the Boston branch is specifically but this would be a good place to start in my opinion.

yes I just contacted them right now

If you are looking for a buyer:

-You can search tax records for buyers of similar opportunities in the past, then skip trace the buyer name to find the contact details

-Meet-up groups

-Facebook groups

-Wholesaling groups if wholesaling is a thing in your area

-You can contact SFR funds active in your area and ask if you bring then properties to buy if they'll use you as your broker

If you are looking for an investor:

-In our area, doctors and high income earners are often active in investing in real estate and real estate development, if you're comfortable pitching them

-Meet up groups and facebook groups again are a good source of networking, just make sure "investors" aren't actually buyers who would cut you out of the deal

For either, try Boston REIA: https://boston-reia.com/

Thank you Arron!! going to communicate with them now

Hello Jeet,

Is it possible i can connect with you for about 5-10 minutes?

I am a new agent and your insight will be invaluable to me.

I am looking to network with investors, and if I find great amazing deals, I can send them to them! At the current moment, I am a real estate agent based out of Lawrence MA.

Is there any facebook groups
Networking events

or groups I can sit and learn

Allow me to extend a warm and sincere greeting to each of you. My name is Luis Puello , and I am delighted to introduce myself as a dedicated real estate agent based in Lawrence, MA.

Real estate has always been my passion, and my journey in this field has been marked by an unwavering commitment to learning and growth.

I want to network and meet great genuine individuals as well as be of help to people even if that doesn't mean I get the profit all the time.

If you need any resources or need anything contact me as I will do my best to to help you out.

I know real estate is full of potential but I want to also create meaningful relationships along the way. From IT to Real Estate Agent has been a tough transition but one that I am happy I made!
