I recently started wholesaling in the DFW area, I am actively searching for ways to connect with cash buyers in the area. How do you guys go about doing this?

I have had a couple properties under contract but have not been able to find buyers.  I have done research and I have done outreach and all is good until I send out the properties. I don't receive any response nor any feedback, is that normal or am I doing something wrong?
