Thanks for the feedback.  Sounds like any non interest bearing account would do as long as its a separate account for the security deposits.  Good stuff.

Greetings family.  I would like to know which banking institutions and type of accounts you are using for security deposits that comply with Florida law.
I have heard to use an escrow account.  However, I called Chase bank and asked about opening an escrow account and they said I would have to have some kind of agreement.  Maybe I didnt express well that it was meant for landlord.

Thanks.

Update.  I’ve had about 5 showings so far, some of the feedback has been opted for a bigger house, theres construction still going on around the place, and another was they were looking for a bigger yard.

I am gradually coming down on my price as I am seeing and comparing more to what is comparable in the market.

More updates to come.

@Clay Lehman I got some knowledge of 3d capture, done it to document my own home before.  I think I can pull off a decent capture myself.  I think Ill give it a shot.

@Clay Lehman Thanks for your feedback Clay.  I adjusted price, so we shall see how it goes.  I’ll look into virtual staging.  I might also do a 3D capture this weekend.  Thoughts on 3D tours, worth the squeeze?

@Manny Vasquez HOA has a 7 month lease minimum requirement. Would that count towards at least it being considered and able to price as an MTR?
