ok I see thanks and what about taking equity from multiple homes does it make a difference?

yeah sorry I wasn't too specific but we are looking to use the money to buy more properties

My biggest fear is putting other people's money or my investors money on the line and then a deal going sour... the only thing I can think to overcome this is really do your homework on each deal

The house was 16 the value was 28 but I still get the gist of what you are saying
