Hi, I am a non US resident living and working outside of the US. I fancy the idea of purchasing a property in the US as an investment but not quite sure where to start? Due to the favourable exchange rates, pound vs US Dollar (sorry guys), I feel that this is a great opportunity to invest in some property in the States. Any suggestions would be welcome especially from those who have done it already (invested from outside of the US). Thanks.

I am looking to possibly purchasing property in the foreclosure market from outside of the U.S. What are the risks involved and is there anyone out there who has already done this? (purchasing forclosures in the U.S as a non US resident).
