Hi

I'm currently looking for private money to fund a fix and flip in Houston. The property is going to require quite a bit of work (full rehab). Looking for advice on  where to start looking. All responses.

Thanks

You will have to work hard and spend money to get your first deal, unlike the GURU will tell you. Congrats welcome to BP and good luck. If I can help let me know, but you really have to work at this fun game of real estate.

I'm also a newbie. This is great advice. Thanks .
