Hi

I'm currently looking for private money to fund a fix and flip in Houston. The property is going to require quite a bit of work (full rehab). Looking for advice on  where to start looking. All responses.

For sellers you will have to work a niche that you like. From probate to divorce and bankruptcies they are out there.
