Anyone show up? I am in Texas for a couple weeks and would love to meet up sometime. We had a pretty decent group 4 or 5 years ago and it’s kind of dwindled since. Some people get bored or just don’t get started on their first deal. I’m as excited as I was day one and I know a number of folks that would love to come and chat.

Hey Guys, I got started buying real estate in Great Falls just over 5 years ago.  My wife and I have had good success here in GF.  We also get together as a BP group once and a while and would love to include anyone that's interested.  I'm currently out of town, but would like to get everyone together when i get back.   i look forward to meeting you guys.

I use Zillow rental manager as well. If I don’t get a lot of action on Zillow then I’ll paste it to a Facebook page. I also use mysmartmove tenant screening. All you need is an email address and it’s a form of application. Once they make it through all that you set them up with Zelle through their bank and I receive all my rents that way. It works great!
