Awesome work Carlos, glad to see other people with like minded ideas! I also live in the Phoenix area and just got my real estate license. I have some rentals in other areas but none here. Would love to pick your brain on how you create cash flow in the market and make AZ a successful market. Let me know if you would be open to a chat!

We own a property in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) which is a 4 hr drive from Phoenix Arizona. We use the property as a personal vacation rental as well as an investment property.

Property is a 1 bed/1 bath condo in Sonoran Sun. Estimated Value $317,000. Purchased 8/2021. Current financing is owner financed - 6% rate, 10 year amortization, 5 year balloon, $181,000 balance. Term ends 8/13/2026.

Question: does anyone know ways of how to refinance a property in mexico? You cannot get traditional lending from a US bank/Credit union. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Hello all. My wife and I live in Arizona and travel to Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) frequently. Does anyone have advice/plan on the steps needed to purchase a condo/house down in Mexico and what long distance rentals would look like?

If anyone lives in the Phoenix area and has rental properties in RP I would love to buy you dinner and pick your brain.

Any info or links would be super helpful.
