Hello Everyone!

My name is Lucas and I am currently a college student in Boston. I am finishing my last semester before moving to Chicago for a full-time job in September. I have always wanted to learn about Real Estate but have been too intimidated to get started. Now that I have a stable income and the drive, I want to finally pursue my curiosity for Real Estate.

I am not too certain on which specific strategies I would like to learn more about. I am interested in all of them and don't what to shut any door too early. If I had to choose a couple to look into first, it would be House Hacking, Mid-Term Rental, Short-Term Rental, and BRRRR. I am really interested in meeting any in-person groups in Boston (now-May) and Chicago (September-Onwards). I am open to Real Estate in any region.

I am willing to speak and connect with everyone. I believe local investors, agents, lenders, property managers, and contractors all have valuable insights, especially for someone brand new to Real Estate like my self. Any advice, recommendations, or comments are more than welcome!

Huge thanks to @Scott Trench for giving advice on introductions. I have been really impressed with everyone's knowledge and kindness. I look forward to connecting!
