I suggest you take action to correct fast, before someone reports you.
Thanks for your concern Mark. I am very aware of what you're trying to say, although your statement of me attempting to "fraudulently represent myself as a real estate agent/broker" is just plain false. I clearly and openly disclose and disclaim that I am NOT a real estate agent or broker on my website, and with every client I deal with.
On the contrary, I am an investor. I buy houses. This is completely legal anywhere you go in the world, Mark. I understand that some people are not familiar with the term wholesaling, but being a member of bigger pockets yourself, you should be aware of the vast knowledge at your fingertips, and grasp this concept. Buying houses, flipping them for a profit and making a living from this, IS LEGAL. Period.
Do yourself the curtesy and due diligence, look it up.
"Wholesaling does not require a real estate license. A license is not required to buy or sell any property that you have an equitable interest in. That interest can be a contractual interest (you have the property under contract) or you actually own or have title to the property."

Yesterday I spoke with the Director of the Board of Realtors here on Kauai on this matter and she herself stated that what I am doing is fine. I am in no way misrepresenting or acting fraudulently. What I do is help sellers get cash for their home through an A - B, Seller to Buyer direct transaction. Some people don't have the time, money or frankly, either, to wait for months or sometimes longer to actually sell their house, while holding the property they need to get rid of, make repairs etc. etc. the list goes on.
The benefits of selling and listing with an agent are high and a very reasonable way to get the most buck for your property...If you have a luxury called TIME... now I'm not saying that every time you list with an agent it's going to take 6-12 months or longer, sometimes its quick. Generally speaking though, people who want to sell their home quickly, easily and without any stress can do so with my company and get a fair all cash offer on their property.
