Hi @karenmargrave and thanks for the warm welcome. I have to agree with you, I love the town and am happy to know that there are a few people in the OC on BP. I live right down the street from where you plan on building (if it is around Saint Jude.) In terms of a niche I have not quite got that far. I plan on reading the guide, soaking up knowledge in the forums and hopefully joining a group/finding mentors. Thanks again and hope your Easter went well!
