OKC - Rental Market/Sub-Markets

I’m located in Dallas but interested in purchasing a rental property in the OKC metro area. I’m familiar to the greater area but interested in learning about the rental market and specific sub markets that are attractive.

I’d be looking to invest between $100k-$300k. Any help/guide me would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

Hi @Daniel T Stockman, I'd be honored to add value here!  There are several key submarkets and your strategy may find some of them more advantageous over others.  I'll DM you a link to a a primer on the areas of our town and we can get into the nitty gritty as you'd like.
