Hi - I am quite new to the REI community, though I have started my mailings and I have recently JV with another investor in Atlanta and feel like I am out of the starting gate, I still feel I need a small group of women who are looking to help lift others and excel in their own businesses.

I have lead small groups in the past at my church and I believe that "you are the average of the 5 people you spend most time with" So I am looking to create a group of 5 other women entrepreneurs in the Atlanta area that can meet each week preferably on Mondays mid-day to begin our week strong.

Please let me know if you have interest.

Thanks,

Louise

All those terms are negotiable. Quite frankly they must have been taken or someone - probably their broker has this agreement for investors as their time can be taken for granted.

Hi Anthony - the best and quickest way to purchase this is to go to a hard money lender. Try iron bridge lending- they are used a lot in my mastermind group and come highly recommended.  I agree with #michaela g don't give away your lead. Good luck!

Look at the logos on 99Designs and get an idea of what you want your logo to look like and then go to fiver and get them to design it. I took bits and pieces and pulled mine together and she had it done in a couple of hours!

Hi! After many attempts to search on BP for a Broker in the Atlanta area I am sending out a request. I am looking for an office of a real estate broker (not an agent) in Atlanta. Preferably a small office with no hype about paying x or educating etc. I am a wholesaler / about to be a real estate agent and would really like to be in an office that is REI friendly. If you are or know of an office please let me know!

thanks in advance,

Louise

Hi All - interesting thought process from rentfax on why charging less for rent will help your bottom line. What do you think about this? Watch youtube link below.

Nice start Robbie I am not far behind you with my first mailing. I bought absentee as well but I am also driving for dollars and I had a task rabbit go down to the county office to pull probates  - if you ever have someone do this for you make sure you give them a sheet to fill in as you have to be very specific with them.

Good Luck!

Hi Shawn - good for you! Did you use yellow letters? If so, don't they have lists as well, curious why you went with list source - only because I am waffling? :) Would really like to hear what you close on. Good luck. Louise
