In all honesty, it sounds like Primerica all over again. Some may disagree, but if I find a deal you shouldn't be making the majority of the money. If you [NWAC] were so good at finding deals, then how come this newbie found it?

I almost got suckered and I knew it was too good to be true.

$1200 / year that everyone pays... for education and access to the "network". Sounds like a Ponzi scheme ;-)

@Tom Mole Yeah my full name is Louis Christopher Orona, but as a child everyone called me Chris. So my middle name is my dominant and preferred name. Good catch Tom!

I like Rancho Cucamonga it has gone through great growth and continues to do so. That region of the foothills around the 210&15 along with "Fontucky" (Fontana) amazes me with its growth potential... it doesn't hurt that the race track is nearby.

Hi Peggy!

There are so many strategies to choose from. Initially, i would like to start with wholesaling, but I do like cash flow from rental properties (i have been a landlord in the past).

Eventually, my mission is to provide a better living situation for people who cannot afford to purchase homes by their own means. So essentially, I would offer rent/lease-to-own opportunities. I am a firm believer in "pushing up people" by Art Williams. I hope everyone knows who he is... and what company he has developed (which i personally do not like). Yet, the principle of helping others do better brings me a sense of fulfillment.

I really would like to invest in the IE (inland empire), because I think LA and nearby areas are supersaturated with investors already.

Hey all, my name is Chris. I'm out here in the San Gabriel Valley within Los Angeles County. I've been reading the blogs, articles, and listening to the podcast for a few months now. I'm still trying to recover from a "rough patch" in my career path and looking to transition eventually to R.E. full time.

My wife and I have 3 dogs one of which is in my profile pick: "Say hi, Ta'ko!"

Hoping to start investing within the next few months and contribute in any way possible.

Thanks all!
