Wow. What a ride thus far.

I feel like I've expedited my investing knowledge by atleast 10-15 years with what I've learned over the past few months listening to over 335 BP episodes.

I've been a member for years & had previously listened to over 65ish episodes, but decided to run through them all again once i committed to completing "Bigger Pockets University".  (remember who coined it @Brandon Turner  :] )

  • Here are some OCD study habits that I've consistently carried out along my voyage:
-taking detailed notes that appeal to me
  • -writing down my favorite episodes, as well as a bunch of other useful data/information points.
  • -I reach out to BP members who's stories enlightened me or that i feel i can bring value to. Or sometimes I just say Hello! :)
-I have 100's of screen recordings with golden pieces of advice that I'm plan to to organize at some point in the near future
  • -I send all of my friends, loved ones, or anyone in need, these video recordings. (sorry all, It's for your own good)
  • -I add all past guests as a friend on BP, so if you see me, accept me & say hello! <3

I'm super thankful for what @joshdorkin @Brandon Turner @davidgreene @davidmeyer @Mindy Jensen @Scott Trench & all of the other amazing team & staff members @BiggerPockets have created.

You all are all truly rockstars and I hope that you're all having a great  and productive week. Stay awesome.

I'll make another post when I'm all done!

Best regards,

Lou

    @Joe S. , great question.

I've always been more focused on smaller multi families. Running through all of the episodes thus far has opened my eyes up to many different avenues, and I often day dream about all of the possibilities.

However, for the time being, I'm specifically set on finding five 2+ family units in my area.

I'm also currently looking into buying notes and tax liens.

After that, I'd love to potentially find a storage space or mobile home park venture to partner up on.

It honestly just depends on what opportunities present themselves over the next few years.

    Best,

    Lou

@Odie Ayaga , thank you! It absolutely is. I couldn't agree with you more, some episodes i have to listen to twice as well. Depending on how complicated the given topic is.

Being submerged in it has inspired me greatly and I believe that it will ultimately help me level up on my journey.

I will! Thank you very much for the advice and words of encouragement. Hopefully i see you around the site.

    Have a great week Odie.

    Best,

    Lou

@Alan Feldman , there should totally be awards for completing X amount of episodes! Great idea.

@Brandon Turner , would this be a cool add on?

Thank you! Same back at you. I wish you a bunch of success and hopefully i catch you more on the forum.

    Have a great week.

    Best,

    Lou

I set out a few months back to complete every single BP episode ever recorded.

It has been incredibly difficult to stay consistent, however I've become way more focused over the last month or so.

I'm constantly looking for deals in my areas, while I continue on my mission to complete every episode in full, while also taking detailed notes.

After I'm done with every episode, i plan to finish all of the books that have been suggested over the last 7+ years of the podcast, both in real estate and business.

Please feel free to reach out to me if you're in the New Jersey area or even if you're not, I am always game to make new friends.

Thank you very much @Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon Turner for creating such a great podcast.

This community has opened my eyes over the last 4+ years, when my friend Matt Stupar first exposed me to it.

I was planning to purchase real estate before finding out about BP, and I believe that BP expedited my knowledge intake by many years and I am forever grateful.

I look forward to continuing my part in this community, as well as making as many friends as possible.

I hope that everyone has a great week and I look forward to sharing my story with all of you, once I feel the time is right.

    Stay awesome!

    Best,

    Lou

@Joshua Dorkin , I'm having this exact issue currently.

There used to be 4 boxes above the first top notification box:

One all the way to the left that read "All notifications (X)",                                                              another all the way to the right there was a "gear" icon,                                                                   to the left of that was "delete all read",                                                                                        & to the left of that "Mark all as read".

I can still see these options for a split second upon clicking "Notifications" as the html & CSS loads, however it quickly disappears after full load.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. -Lou
