Well...hold on tight everyone...it's gong to get pretty rocky. Just do what you can to stay positive and try not to spit on any politicians during your daily routine.

I've enclosed a copy of the latest bill..[/img]

So I'm reading 100 pages of mind numbing dribble creatively known as the "Troubled Asset Recovery Program"; aka, "TARP". Ain't that sweet? Like I posted earlier, its purpose is designed to be similar to that of the RTC we worked with back in the day.

On page 6, Title 1, Sec.101,(a)(1), you can read exactly what TARP is engineered, or proposed to, do. I have a copy of the bill for you at: www.BillionDollarBailout.com/TARP

I say keep the Federal Government away from troubled assets and let market forces in the private sector manage the assets. There always has and always be, capital in the market. Putting these assets in the hands of greedy and inept bureaucrats will only cripple and place a boa's stranglehold on moving product to market. Either way, the assets need to be liquidated - I just prefer they do it in the swift manner privatizing it can accomplish.

Which is what I intend to continue doing.

Wow...not one reply...maybe because you've upset the very people who use this forum. It would be a miracle for anyone with that kind of money to ever know about this forum.

The conduit is through the broker community. Always. No matter what you're trying to market. Without a broker, you'll never make a deal.

So, maybe if you repost and ask if any brokers have a "proofed up" investor to be connected with, you might have better success.

Another thing, deals that you can retire from by doing one, are few, if ever, and far between. Better to share the wealth. Your post makes you appear greedy.

Hello.

I'm a real estate broker in two states and have been since 1981.

Forgive me if I hurt anyone's feelings here, but...do ANY of the posters here actually have ANY funds to MAKE investments? Or is everyone here to just to learn about investing?

Reason I ask because the REAL investing (unfortunately or fortunately - depending on your opinion) is in bulk REO.

At a price that makes sense.

I'm NOT pitching anything to anyone here, however, if you are interested in hearing what my underlying message is, please contact me at: [email protected]

Thank you.

Having access to deals is a huge advantage when building you rportfolio or even finding youself a home. Full disclosure and the commission is yours as well.
