I currently manage my own Airbnb and have been asked to manage one for a third party. What is the going rate to manage an Airbnb? This is a summer rental on a lake in southwest Michigan.

TIA

Congrats! That's great. What neighborhood are you in? I am also working in the Kalamazoo market. Also looking to team up to do some deals.

I just closed on my first wholesale deal! I came across this one by luck and was able to make it work. I will have $1500 to put back into my marketing to get more deals. What specifically would you recommend for me to do to market for my wholesaling business? Direct mailing and a lead website are my initial thoughts but I want to hear your suggestions.

Thanks in advance. :-)

@Brian Fiorillo I definitely will. Just had the gutters finished a couple of weeks ago. The accents are coming. We decided on doing a couple of wood flower boxes along with a small fence in front of each of the air conditioner units. Also going to replace the storm doors and mailboxes. Will post pix once complete! :-)

Hi All,

I am on the front end of developing my wholesaling empire. LOL. I am considering Carrot for a website as the price seems fair and will be much quicker than a scratch development or even something like a Wix site development. Has anyone had any experiences, good or bad, with Carrot or others that might be worth checking out. I am considering the least expensive plan to begin.

TIA

@Brian Fiorillo very cool. I actually love in Portage. It’s a great market. House sales are on fire with low inventory. If you want to discuss in more depth, I’m happy to chat.

@Josh Bloomquist agreed I need some better landscaping. Something you preferably don’t have to water very often.
