Airbnb Manager Rates

I currently manage my own Airbnb and have been asked to manage one for a third party. What is the going rate to manage an Airbnb? This is a summer rental on a lake in southwest Michigan.

TIA

@Loren Souers I “co-host” for a couple properties. This is different than property management. I respond to inquiries, coordinate cleaning, help with strategies but do not handle the money. This goes directly to the owner. I am not on site and they handle maintenance and similar items. I charge 15%. For full property management I agree 20-50% is going rate. This was a convenience for both myself and the owners of the properties because they are my neighbors there. I am not making much money and they don’t have to deal with the day to day. Win win. Let me know if I can answer any additional questions.
