how can I find out the price of a home without a realtor?

Thank you Brian, I was told the option fee and part of the monthly rent goes to the down payment and the end of the term if the leasee decides to buy?

Lori

How long would you make the lease on the lease option?

I have been trying decide if I should just sell my house or rent ; like offering a lease option?   My thought is to sell and invest in a new property which I can create income but I also need to live somewhere.

What would you do?

I just finished a $500 Elite Legacy training program and at the end of 3 days they want people to sign up for the high priced elite training.   I'm wondering if anyone has had this experience and if I should sign up for this or do it on my own with other programs. And also get my Ress software and rei software on my own?

I'm interested in learning about foreclosures, lease-options for now , but open to other areas of earning Realestate.
