Hi Bryan, That's a great place for a STR! I'd love to get one out there! I would keep the colors to stand out from the other rentals, go with a coastal /tropical them on the walls, seashells , birds, ocean scenes, positive affirmations and beach sayings on the walls. It looks so fun to decorate your space.

I know when I travel, it’s unique and interesting to stay somewhere that inspires me.   Something different from the ordinary.

Seems like on these  podcasts there are a bunch of egotistical, egomaniacs .

I could be wrong, 

I have been looking for a mentor, partner, fellow investor, someone who can talk to me and has the time to meet with me or let me come along on their deals , so I can learn first hand.   I’m not sure where to find , how to find my mentor or realestate guide.      I know I just have to “do it”.   And I’m to the point of just buying something whether or not it’s the great deal or not, just make the mistake, learn on my own. I’m sure no deal is perfect.

I’m buying my first deal before December.   Now I’m accountable.

Does anyone know of a duplex or parcel of land with 2 casitas.  I’m looking fro myself and renting out the second . I would really like a lakeside or beach property.  $250000 - $280000

It could be anywhere;  I want to move.
